This toner features a unique dual-layer formula: a moisture layer filled with rice extract for hydration and a powder layer to control sebum. It helps soothe sensitive skin and create a smoother texture, making it an ideal choice for achieving a radiant complexion.

Formulated with rice extract and rice amino acids, this toner enhances antioxidant and moisturizing effects, providing deep hydration that prevents inner skin dryness and keeps your skin comfortable and moisturized all day long.

Featuring a unique dual-layer formula, it has a moisture layer filled with rice extract and a powder layer to control sebum. This combination delivers a non-greasy, fresh finish. The sebum control powder helps absorb sebum and care for pores, making it beneficial for red or acne-prone skin.

How to use

Shake the bottle before use. After washing, apply the toner to your face with your hands or a cotton pad. It can be used as a local mask: soak cotton pads with toner and apply to the skin for 5-10 minutes.
