How to use

Step 1
Wash and dry your feet thoroughly.
For optimal fit, make sure they are completely dry.

Step 2
Remove the patch from the packaging. Peel off both paper wrappers on the back and the white wrapper in the middle of the patch.

Step 3
Attach the longer side of the heel patch horizontally to the sole, then wrap the wings tightly around the back of the heel.

Step 4
Apply the patch to the target area and leave it on for 2 hours. For improved hydration, apply the patch before bed and remove in the morning.
